Cardiac screening program for children in Tehran

Tehran (Zanjireh Omid PR)- Zanjireh Omid Charity conducted a cardiac screening program for children with cooperation of Tehran Muncipality’s general department of health on January 18 and 19, 2017.
The screening program took place in southern districts of Tehran (from district 15 to 20). In this program, 13 cardiac surgeons carried out pediatric physical examination.
Mrs. Marashi , the head of Zanjireh Omid charity states that this programs aims to diagnose and treat children suffering from congenital heart defects and raise parents' awareness of this issue.
