Ali Rezaei, 6 years old from Delijan, has been struggling with arthrogryposis (muscular stiffness) since infancy.

He has undergone 15 rounds of casting, 5 surgeries, and 8 rehabilitation sessions at the Chain of Hope treatment residence so far, but his treatment journey is still ongoing.
