Zanjireh Omid International Charity is committed to providing the highest quality, cost-effective medical care based on international standards to children under 18 suffering from cardiac, orthopedic, reconstructive, and neurological conditions. These services are delivered without discrimination based on race, religion, or nationality, with the ultimate goal of improving the health and well-being of children in Iran.

To advance pediatric medicine in the country and ensure that all disadvantaged and needy children have access to specialized medical treatments according to international standards, so that no child in Iran suffers or dies due to lack of access or deprivation of essential care.
