Like every year, Zanjireh Omid International Charity Institute hosted an Iftar charity ceremony for the public on May 29, 2019 in which the general director of the institute, Maryam Marashi, supporters, volunteer doctors, and celebrities were in attendance.
The event involved an annual report of Zanjireh Omid's practices in the previous year and the acknowledgment of Zanjireh Omid's volunteer doctors. In addition, Professor Mazda's memory was honored once again. Part of the ceremony was also dedicated to the construction project of Omid 540-bed pediatric hospital, highlighting the importance of financial contributions on the project's progress  .
